The Sac BHC Youth Media Team is an Internship Program established at the Hub Office in Sacramento BHC for youth to come and learn about social media, photography, video editing, video production, blogging and storytelling about the issues, success stories and events that are happening in our Sacramento BHC target area. They will learn to utilize all these tools to advocate for issues that are affecting our community.

Each team member will embark on a process to learn how to create a blog and/or video blog. Participants will also have a chance to work with other youth in BHC Northern Region (Richmond BHC; East Oakland BHC) as we embark on issues that are affecting our youth and learn more about how media can play a role as we voice all the concerns and issues affecting our youth.

Sac BHC Youth Media Team also attends local BHC Grantees events and covers each event by taking video and photographs which are later posted on our Sac BHC website and Facebook pages.
