Our next CIL meeting will be dedicated to a FRESH FACE for 2018! We are looking to meet on Thursday, January 18th from 11am-2pm @FRCC in room 11. This meeting will involve a planning session dedicated to working together to develop a effective plan to improve and strengthen our collaborative efforts including outreach plan for Fruitridge/Stockton community (moving outside of FRCC and targeting African American residents), existing programs/services to provide prevention/intervention methods, formalizing our MDT process/referral process, and implementing a Crisis Response plan and team. Lunch will be provided, so please plan to be in attendance!
