South Sacramento Coalition for Future Leaders
The South Sacramento Coalition for Future Leaders (SSCFL) strives to create a community where youth are valued and are given the opportunity to grow, be safe and realize their full potential. We envision a community where youth are able to not only create a positive vision for their future, but also to be actively engaged as leaders in their community.

Mental Health America of Northern California
An LGBTQ Youth Collaborative. Works to build the capacity of youth-serving organizations and youth to work together to improve and enhance support to LGBTQ youth and their families in South Sacramento.

La Familia
Aims to build the capacity of youth from high risk underserved populations in South Sacramento to become leaders and advocates to promote reductions in youth violence, and to increase safety and promote health issues that impact their communities.

Sacramento City Unified School District
Develops and expands youth led violence, harassment and bullying prevention programs.

People Reaching Out
Youth Block Reports. Works to conduct a visual and audio assessment of the South Sacramento Building Healthy Communities target area from the youth perspective.

Access Sacramento
Aims to increase the amount of community health media coverage from the youth perspective. “Neighborhood News Bureaus” have been established at La Familia and Asian Resources Inc. Youth will have the opportunity to create daily posts on blog pages at both locations and posts will be compiled on AccessLocal.tv
